Poetry and writing is pretty much last on my last of priorities at the moment, but I do have some pieces that I haven't posted. They'll be around sooner or later.
Hope everyone's well and that you all have a great Christmas!

The Other Side of the CityThe colours I see are vibrant - even under the disguise of brown UV protected shades. The Other Side of the City
This view is the best I've ever seen.
Not just because it's awe-inspiring. Not just because it's beautiful.
Signs of civilisation exist few and far between. Only constantly presented by the single road I travel along.
The sky isn't a perfect shade of blue And from this perspective it's an endless expanse of unclear Only cut short by the limitations of human vision.
The trees aren't bright green, but their natural blend with the light of the summer sun gives them character. &n

SentimentalIn a room filled with sentiment lie memories of the past, and the present, and the present destiny of one ambitious girl.Sentimental
Who only ever wanted to follow a dream which she believed
would set her free.
On that shelf Is what inspired her, what pushes her desire Surrounding her dream in mystery and childhood memories. Treasured.
A masterpiece in itself Complete with crystal and pictures and paths set in stone.
Scattered with remnants of her daily routine. Completing the picture - Not less

- Eternity seems a little too much.
"Why do we kill people
who kill people
to show people
that killing people is wrong?"
